JULSAR ATELIER LIMITED is a private company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria under registration number 9218589, TIN: 2623737562550. We design, produce, and sell ready-to-wear fashion for women.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦ / NGN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your offer.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Online Payment (Paystack): Debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfer, and USSD. All transactions are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway.
• Direct Bank Transfer: You will receive our bank account details upon placing your order. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed once payment is confirmed in our account.

We do not store your card details. All payment information is handled exclusively by Paystack.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• We deliver within Nigeria and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
• Within Lagos: 1–3 business days
• Other Nigerian states: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days
• Orders over ₦100,000 qualify for free shipping within Nigeria.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We make every effort to display colours and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
• Product descriptions are for informational purposes. Minor variations in fabric, colour, or finish do not constitute a defect.

• Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
