At JULSAR ATELIER, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may return a product and request a refund or exchange, in accordance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

2. Eligible Returns

Items eligible for return:

  • • Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
  • • Items with all original tags and packaging intact
  • • Items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description
  • • Wrong item or wrong size received

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • • Items without original tags or packaging
  • • Custom-made or made-to-measure items
  • • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “No Returns”

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via [email protected] or WhatsApp
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
  3. We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

4. Refund Process

  • Paystack Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Bank Transfer Payments: Refunds will be transferred to the bank account you provide within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or item not matching description).

5. Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or would like a different colour, we are happy to offer a free exchange (subject to stock availability). Please contact us within the 7-day window to arrange an exchange.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered): Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Our error (wrong item sent, defective product): We will cover return shipping costs.
