At JULSAR ATELIER, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may return a product and request a refund or exchange, in accordance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018.

1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
2. Eligible Returns
Items eligible for return:
- • Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
- • Items with all original tags and packaging intact
- • Items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description
- • Wrong item or wrong size received
Items NOT eligible for return:
- • Worn, washed, or altered items
- • Items without original tags or packaging
- • Custom-made or made-to-measure items
- • Items returned after the 7-day window
- • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “No Returns”
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via [email protected] or WhatsApp
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
- We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange
4. Refund Process
- Paystack Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Bank Transfer Payments: Refunds will be transferred to the bank account you provide within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or item not matching description).
5. Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or would like a different colour, we are happy to offer a free exchange (subject to stock availability). Please contact us within the 7-day window to arrange an exchange.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
7. Return Shipping
- Customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered): Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Our error (wrong item sent, defective product): We will cover return shipping costs.
